Story/Poem text
You rolled in and ordered a pint. I lifted my eyes under hooded brows. Your voice boomed and took me over. Everything and everyone else disappeared under your shadow. Including me. I was new in town. You invited me along, with you and your friends for sushi down the street. You told me the kiss outside the restaurant curled your toes. For four and a half years we lived in each others pockets. Now I want to know what happened to love after sushi?
